downloadMindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a meditation technique that dates back over 2500 years. It was first made popular by a medical doctor, Jon Kabat-Zinn, in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts.

Jennifer uses MBSR techniques to teach people how to tap into their innate intelligence and resources to respond more effectively to stress, pain, and illness. MBSR has been heavily researched with the outcome continuously reproducing positive effects for up to four years after the eight week treatment ends. Jennifer finds that the combination of psychology, medicine and science, as well as Buddhist meditation work in perfect harmony to help people heal from the inside out.
