Jennifer Dibnah is a 200 hour certified and experienced Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga teacher with over 5000 hours of teaching experience. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than ten years and has taken a particular liking to teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Her yoga teaching experience includes, but is not limited to, teaching competitive athletic swim and football teams, people who have experienced physical and emotional trauma, yoga for mental health outpatients and men’s and children’s yoga.

Jennifer is a passionate learner; she has a degree in Psychology and enjoys studying and researching yoga, healing and psychology. After being injured in a car accident and living with an anxiety disorder and depression, Jennifer has learned first-hand the healing benefits of the poses and breath work that yoga offers. She believes that yoga and meditation with the right teacher can help people overcome almost anything.

After experiencing her own healing, she now strives to share the many benefits of yoga and meditation with as many people as she can. Jennifer is passionate about helping people in all capacities and will take the utmost care in each student’s journey, preventing injury and promoting healing.

Jennifer is currently studying to receive her 500 hour Registered Yoga Teaching Certificate.

 

Hours – Monday 9.30am – 12.30pm

             Saturdays 10am – 6pm
